What is the difference between personalization and customization?
Personalization refers to adding your specific details to a design that already exists, such as names, dates, or text in designated areas.
Customization involves changes to the design itself, such as layout adjustments, new wording formats, icons, or other design modifications. Custom requests may require additional time and a design fee.
Can I personalize or customize my order?
Many of our products include personalization options built into the design.
If you are looking for something beyond what is shown, please contact us at team@valorcraftworks.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any applicable customization fees.
Will I receive a proof before my item is made?
Select products include a mockup to confirm layout and text placement. If a proof is included, this will be noted on the product page.
When a proof is sent, we ask that you review and respond within 24 hours so we can keep your order moving.
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we may move your order forward based on the details provided at checkout in order to maintain production timelines.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes all details submitted at checkout.
We recommend reviewing this email carefully to ensure names, dates, and personalization details are correct.

How do I ensure my personalization details are correct?
Please double-check all names, dates, and spelling before submitting your order.
We will use the exact information provided at checkout when creating your item. Your order confirmation email will also include these details for review.
What if I need to make a change after placing my order?
If you need to update or correct your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at team@valorcraftworks.com.
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes are not guaranteed once production has started. We will always do our best to accommodate requests when possible.
Production & Timing
How long does it take to make my order?
All items are handcrafted and made to order. Production times are listed on each product page.
We work efficiently, but never rush the process at the expense of quality.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you need your item sooner than the listed production time, we may be able to accommodate a rush order.
Please contact us at team@valorcraftworks.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability. A rush fee may apply.
Shipping & Delivery
What happens once my order ships?
Once your order is completed, it is handed off to the shipping carrier for delivery.
At that point, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Once your order ships, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While delays can occasionally happen, we are here to help if an issue arises.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at team@valorcraftworks.com and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office, as well as filing a mail theft report if necessary.
What if my package is returned to sender?
If an order is returned to us for any reason, such as an incorrect address or delivery issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Returns, Exchanges, & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to review all details carefully before placing your order and reach out with any questions. We are always happy to help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging.
All shipments are insured, and we will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best possible resolution.
Additional Questions
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes. We offer a 15% discount for military and first responders through GovX verification at checkout as a small way to show our appreciation.
Do you offer bulk or group orders?
Yes, we do offer bulk and group orders for select products.

Can I include a gift message with my order?
Many of our products are given as gifts. Gift messaging options will be noted on the product page where available.

Do you honor sales or discounts after purchase?
Orders are processed at the price listed at the time of purchase. Discounts or promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
