- All items are made to order and handcrafted in-house in Oklahoma.
- Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on each product page.
- Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
- We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage.
- Shipping options, including upgraded delivery methods, may be available at checkout based on your location.
- In some cases, we may use an alternative carrier or shipping method to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Delivery Timing
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages
- While we work to ensure your order is completed and shipped on time, delays can occasionally occur once a package is with the carrier.
- If your tracking information shows a delay or your package appears lost, please contact us at team@valorcraftworks.com and we will assist in reviewing the status with the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier and surrounding area before reaching out. We’re happy to help where we can.
Returned to Sender
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or delivery issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
Shipping charges include insurance, and we’ll assist with next steps as needed.
