Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details, including names, dates, and spelling, are entered correctly at checkout.

We will create your item using the exact information provided. Order confirmation emails include these details and should be reviewed carefully.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at team@valorcraftworks.com.

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started. We will always do our best to accommodate requests when possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging.

All shipments are insured, and we will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.
